EAT MORE PLANTS

This is the title of the latest cookbook in my reading pile . The author Desiree Nielsen (Urban Vegetarian) may also be seen on Gustov TV.

(Lots of proper names here so please note if sharing).

I am not vegetarian by nature but the recipes shown on TV are very appealing as is the prospect of more vegetables increasing the size and variability of your meals. The cookbook contains 100 recipes (not seen on the show) as well as tips on plant based meals for better living. It is a thought provoking (in the good sense) read. Personnel preferences or dietary thoughts aside I wanted to share the best page of this cookbook.
